Join instructor Rick Berk for a photo walk at the Maine Botanical Gardens at Boothbay Harbor. On the walk, we will cover exposure, composition, depth of field, macro photography, and more. Photographers of all skill levels are encouraged to attend.
The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens are located on 295 acres of tidal shorelands in Boothbay Harbor. First opened in 2007, the grounds contain more than 300 native plant species, permanent (and temporary) sculptures from many local artists, and nearly a mile of tidal waterfront scenery. The gardens are an ideal location for macro and closeup photography, as well as providing a beautiful environment for a walk! We will walk the grounds and photograph the plant life, the waterfront scenery, the sculptures, and the multi-level waterfall in the Giles Rhododendron Garden.
If you are attending this walk, we will send out more specific instructions to you a few days prior to the walk. Please note: Some slight details above can be subject to change. This email will detail any of those minor changes.
