Our Editing for Portraits 101 class will guide you through the what to do to your portraits, why you want to make these changes, when to use them, and specifically how to make them using Adobe Lightroom.
Adobe Lightroom is an exceptional program for editing and can work extremely well for photographers looking to edit portraits. This course will cover some of the basic techniques of editing portraits in Adobe Lightroom, including…
-Basic Skin Retouching
-Removing Blemishes
-Skin Smoothing
-Color Correction
-and more!

We will also conclude the class by discussing why photographers may (or may not) want to go beyond Lightroom and into Photoshop.

Attendees should have a basic knowledge of the layout of Adobe Lightroom. We will work extensively on the techniques that we are discussing, but this class should not be your introduction to either program. We strongly recommend bringing a laptop with Adobe Lightroom Classic CC or Adobe Lightroom 5 or 6 installed.
