- Make sure to dress accordingly with the most current weather report.
- Zeiss will have lenses available for use, but you’re also welcome to bring your own. Basic prime lenses are recommended. You’re welcome to bring a zoom lens, but be advised to bring only want you want to carry.
- You are welcome to bring a tripod, but it is not a necessity.
- Feel free to bring snacks and water.
- Bring an extra camera battery and memory cards.
- As always, bring your enthusiasm and creative thoughts!
COVID-19 Policies for outdoor Hunt’s Photo Walks and Workshops
Face masks are not required for our outdoor Photo Walks. We ask that you maintain social distance whenever possible.
As always, if you are sick or feeling unwell, STAY HOME! We will gladly give you a credit towards a future walk.
Refund Policy – Classes / Walks / Workshops
For classes, walks, & workshops, cancellations and postponement can be made up to 48-hours prior to the scheduled time. Refunds cannot be granted for cancellations placed less than 48-hours before a class or walk, but you can receive a 75% credit toward a future class, walk, or workshop.
For all cancellations, you must contact classes@huntsphoto.com prior to the event. If you register for a class and do not show up, your payment will be forfeited..
Hunt’s Photo Education and ZEISS Camera Lenses invite you to join a unique Street Photography walk, hosted by ZEISS Ambassador, Adobe Creator, and internationally renowned Street Photographer Kenneth ?Professor? Hines Jr (@professorhines). Join Professor Hines for an afternoon of exploration and education as we traverse Cambridge, Harvard Square, and the historic streets just north of Boston while learning invaluable tips and tricks about lighting, subject acquisition, composition, and capturing the perfect ?decisive moment?. Hunt’s Photo Educator, Ron Phillips, will also be available to answer any questions.
Each walk attendee will have the opportunity to borrow a wide array of ZEISS lenses– free of charge– for the duration of the walk. Photographers may choose from multiple focal lengths across the Batis & Loxia (Sony E), Milvus & Otus (Nikon F & Canon EF), and Touit (Fujifilm X) lines. (*ZEISS ZM lenses for Leica M are also available for loan but these must be specially requested a minimum of 14-days before the event.)
ZEISS Representatives will also be on-site at the Hunt’s Photo Cambridge store on October 8th and 9th to demo ZEISS lenses and answer your questions.
Kenneth Hines, Jr. is a multi-discipline photographer from Atlanta, Georgia, based in Atlanta and New York City. Kenneth is currently an Ambassador for ZEISS Camera Lenses, SIRUI Imaging and Haida Filters, and the Adobe Lightroom 2021 splash screen cover photo artist. He devotes time to his online community, Professor Hines Choice, helping educate photographers in various areas of photography, from understanding camera and lens technology, to improving photographic skills and post-processing techniques in Lightroom.
