DESCRIPTION:Learning about photography can be a real challenge. There are so many pieces to the puzzle of photography\, some of which use confusing terminology. And while we also offer other wonderful Beginner Photography classes to get you started\, nothing is truly the same as hands-on in-the-field! It’s important to fully understand the “why” and “how” of your camera settings.\nIn this outdoor\, hands-on class\, you’ll learn all about the basics of photography. We will discuss Exposure (how light works with the camera)\, the Big Three Settings (Aperture\, Shutter Speed\, & ISO)\, how they affect your picture and how to set them\, and what mode to set it to on your camera! We’ll discuss changing depth-of-field (controlling what’s in focus in the background)\, stopping or blurring the action in your scene\, and many other basic picture-taking techniques. This will be an excellent opportunity to learn about your camera in a fun and safe environment! Join us to strengthen your photographic knowledge!\nIn this session of Beginner Photography in the Field…\n…we will be going to Profile Falls in Bristol\, New Hampshire. From the beautiful falls to the greenery of the trails leading to it\, Profile Falls is an excellent location to learn about photography. This session can be taken with or without a tripod\, giving you the ability to walk freely or learn a little bit extra about creating longer exposures!  Bring your camera and your enthusiasm to learn all about photography in a hands-on\, real-life environment!
