Discussion points in the class will include: \n\nThe basic settings on film cameras\, including exposure\, aperture and shutter speed\nProperly loading\, unloading\, and storing film\nCurrent films (“film stocks”) and what unique characteristics they hold\nWhat to look for and how to achieve amazing results!\nHands-on shooting demos!\n\nAttendees should all have a working film camera\, along with a working battery. (Hunt’s Photo sells most film camera batteries.) SUMMARY:Developing Color Film- Hunt's Photo Waltham
DESCRIPTION:Join Hunt’s Photo Education as we discuss all the key elements of loading and developing film\, and get you to develop a roll on your own! In this workshop\, we will show you how to load film into a developing tank\, discuss the elements of the chemistry involved\, and other various aspects. Because of the many variables\, we will only be using one specific type of developer\, but we will discuss the possibilities of other developers available and their advantages. \nPlease note: This class caters to color/C-41 type film developing only! We will also have a black and white film developing class. All film classes can be found here. \nWe will provide tanks\, reels\, chemistry\, and basically anything that you need to develop your film. All you will need to have is a roll of film to develop. \nWe will also include a free scan of your film after it has been processed! Since your film will be wet at the end of the session\, you will leave it to dry so it can be scanned. The digital scans will be sent directly to your email address. If you would like the negatives to be shipped to another store for pickup\, we can gladly do that!
