For transportation, you may fly directly into Jackson, Wyoming (JAC), but you may find significantly less expensive flights that arrive in Salt Lake City (SLC), a 4.5 hour drive away. How much less? Generally, ticket prices to SLC are less than half the cost, and factoring in that you would need to rent a car from SLC to JAC, the cost is still significantly less. For the adventurous, this indirect route can be a wonderful way to explore the country! For someone that looks for simplicity, flights still arrive at JAC.
If you arriving in SLC and are interested in carpooling with another attendee, please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot guarantee a carpooling companion, but we are happy to pass along your information to other attendees.
We will be meeting at the hotel at 6pm on the first day.
