Join Hunt’s Photo Education for a photo walk in Portsmouth, NH. During the walk, we will discuss many of the aspects of photographing in low-light and at night, including exposure, focusing, composition, and especially working in Black & White. Photographers of all levels are welcome!
Portsmouth, New Hampshire is a large eclectic town along the coast of NH. The town features a blend of new and old architecture amid a variety of shops, restaurants, docks, boats, and colors. The end of the day and night time is a rich and beautiful time for creating photographs. We will discuss and demonstrate various techniques for shooting in low-light scenarios in and around Portsmouth using available light.
After the walk, attendees will be asked to edit 2-3 images in black and white and submit them for our image review/critique, which will happen the following night. We will discuss each attendee’s images and look at all the elements of photography discussed on the walk. Please note that this session will be recorded in case you cannot attend.
