Saturday January 25th, 10am-3pm • Hunt’s Melrose
Instructor: Emily Hojnowski & guest instructor
Featuring hands-on instruction on everything macro!
Recommended prerequisite: Basic knowledge of your camera
Group Size: Limited to 12 attendees
Too often we feel that our photography comes to a halt during inclement weather. However, there is ample opportunity to make use of our creativity while staying indoors. Many household items– cut flowers, books, antiques, jewelry, and glassware– all make for wonderful subjects while using natural window light. Every table in your house can become a landscape of opportunity with some imagination and creativity.
We will spend our day creating a variety of still life set ups, unique macro scenarios, and learning about the use of light and light modifiers.
In this workshop we will cover exposure, composition, how to use macro lenses and extension tubes, how to set up lighting, how to use light modifiers and more!
Don’t have a macro lens? No worries! We can certainly provide you with options to use. Please send us a message at email@example.com after registering!
