Creating headshots doesn’t need to be complicated, but there is a process to it, and a whole lot of creativity as well. Join Hunt’s Photo Education as we workshop creating headshots using only one light and reflectors. We will demonstrate and work with different setups (high key, low key, 3/4, 1/2, and more) and show how to set up lights for these situations. We can use speedlights, studio strobes, or LED lighting, depending on the interest level of attendees. (We will send out a survey leading up to the workshop to see general interest in the group.)
In this workshop, we will cover camera settings, how to use speedlights or studio strobes & LED lighting, light modifiers, flash triggers, and how to make it all work. For all of this, our lights will be off the camera. We will be photographing models & actors for the practical portion of this workshop.
