Join Hunt’s Photo Educator Rick Berk for a different take on some of Portland, Maine’s historic features. You’ll board the Casco Bay Explorer for a three-hour cruise of Portland Harbor to view and photograph Portland’s forts, lighthouses and wildlife. We’ll photograph Bug Light, Spring Point Ledge Lighthouse, Portland Head Light, and (conditions permitting) Ram Island Ledge. We will also see and photograph Fort Preble, Fort Gorges, and Fort Scammel, and there is the possibility we’ll see some seals as well!
After our cruise, we’ll spend some time photographing in the Old Port, on the working docks and among the cobblestone streets and buildings.
If you are attending this workshop, we will send out more specific instructions to you a few days prior to the workshop. However, be advised we will be meeting at the Old Port at the time listed. Please note: Some slight details above can be subject to change. This email will detail any of those minor changes.
Please read Hunt’s Terms & Conditions before signing up. Also read a note on sea weather below in “Cancellations”.
Cancellation: Our weather reports will be based on not only the current weather, but also sea conditions. If we postpone the trip due to weather and you cannot attend the makeup date, you will be refunded.
