Photo Classes, Walks & Workshops
Pets are loving, dedicated, and unique souls that make us smile after our long days at work, encourage us to get up on cold winter mornings, and stay embedded in our minds throughout our lives. Because of this, very few things melt the heart like a great photo of a pet, and photographing these loving companions can be a challenging endeavor.
Join dog owner Emily Hojnowski as she covers the best practices for taking better photographs of pets that will help you capture them at rest or in action.
This class will discuss both techniques on how to work with your camera as well as how to work with your dog. Among other things, we will discuss elements of:
•Composition
•Exposure for the best brightness level of your subject
•Focusing techniques in order to get your subject sharp
•How to read animal behavior
•How to appropriately use positive reinforcement training with your model
