Class Summary

- Make sure to dress accordingly with the most current weather report.
- Consider bringing wide angle or standard zoom lenses.
- A prime lens (or even a macro) may also suit you well.
- You can bring a telephoto zoom lens, but be advised to bring only what you want to carry.
- Make sure to bring your tripod with a quick release plate and a shutter release, if you have one.
- Feel free to bring snacks and water.
- Bring an extra camera battery and memory cards.
- As always, bring your enthusiasm and creative thoughts!
As always, if you are sick or feeling unwell, STAY HOME! You must contact classes@huntsphoto.com prior to the event for a credit towards a future walk. Please see Cancellation Policy for details.
Refund Policy – Classes / Walks / Workshops
For classes, walks, & workshops, cancellations and postponement can be made up to 48-hours prior to the scheduled time. Refunds cannot be granted for cancellations placed less than 48-hours before a class or walk, but you can receive a 75% credit toward a future class, walk, or workshop.
For all cancellations, you must contact classes@huntsphoto.com prior to the event. If you register for a class and do not show up, your payment will be forfeited..
Join Hunt’s Photo Education for a photo walk in Portsmouth, NH. During the walk, we will discuss many of the aspects of photographing in low light and at night, including exposure, focusing, composition, and more. Photographers of all levels are welcome!
Portsmouth, New Hampshire is a large eclectic town along the coast of NH. The town features a blend of new and old architecture amid a variety of shops, restaurants, docks, boats, and colors. The end of the day and night time is a rich and beautiful time for creating photographs. We will discuss and demonstrate various techniques for shooting in low light scenarios in and around Portsmouth using available light.
