About Weather
December brings cooler temperatures to Moab, with lows in the mid-20’s and highs in the 50’s, ideal for exploring and photographing outdoors. Participants should bring clothing for cool to cold weather. Pack conservatively as the portage room is limited.
Important things to keep in mind:
• Bring clothing suited for a variety of temperatures, from cold mornings to warm afternoons. Also be prepared for potential rain and for changing weather.
• We will be photographing from 4000 to 6000 ft elevation. Normally, the only problem you can expect is a slight shortness of breath. However, the higher elevation is something to keep in mind if you live at sea level or you are prone to encountering physical difficulties at higher elevations.
Payments
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost of the trip is required upon sign-up to secure a spot. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the workshop. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
