- Make sure to dress accordingly with the most current weather report.
- Wear good walking shoes!
- Consider bringing a standard zoom lenses (24-70ish)
- A telephoto zoom lens longer than 200mm is recommended for birds
- A macro lens is recommended for anything close-up/macro
- Wide angle (24mm) is great for landscapes
- Make sure to bring a tripod and your quick release for sunrise.
- Feel free to bring snacks and water.
- Bring an extra camera battery and memory cards.
- As always, bring your enthusiasm and creative thoughts!
Refund Policy – Classes / Walks / Workshops
For classes, walks, & workshops, cancellations and postponement can be made up to 48-hours prior to the scheduled time. Refunds cannot be granted for cancellations placed less than 48-hours before a class or walk, but you can receive a 75% credit toward a future class, walk, or workshop.
For all cancellations, you must contact classes@huntsphoto.com prior to the event. If you register for a class and do not show up, your payment will be forfeited..
Walk around the beautiful World’s End Conservation Area in Hingham, MA with Hunt’s Photo Education! This 251-acre peninsula has everything you need to expand your photography, from scenic coastlines to grassy clearings, from cliffs to wooded paths, and many birds along the way.
At World’s End, we will photograph landscapes, seascapes, and more intimate wooded scenery. There will also be plenty of opportunities for bird photography if that suits you! All lenses are welcome. For landscapes, we recommend a wide angle zoom lens, but the vast clearings will provide great landscapes no matter the lens. For detail shots or plant life photography, feel free to bring a macro lens. For birds, bring those telephoto lenses, preferably one that will go to 200mm or above. World’s End is a haven of opportunities for every type of photographer!
Please note: Most of the walking path is easy gravel will gradual elevation change, but there is plenty of ground to cover, so make sure to wear comfortable shoes!
