In this program, OM SYSTEM ambassador Emilie Talpin will immerse you in the world of insects and water-drop Photography. After the talk, OM System will be available to answer your gear questions at the OM System counter until 3pm.

In this program, OM SYSTEM ambassador Emilie Talpin will immerse you in the world of insects and water-drop Photography.  We will explore how to capture stunning macro images, covering the equipment (from macro to telephoto lenses) and the steps needed to create your photos. Emilie will share her pro tips for perfecting macro photography as we dive into various techniques, including focus stacking, focus bracketing, and using a narrow aperture. We will discuss when to use each method to achieve a successful macro photo.

After the talk, OM System will be available to answer your gear questions at the OM System counter until 3pm. Join us for an inspiring day of education, exploration, and the opportunity to connect with the OM SYSTEM community. All attendees will receive an event exclusive token from the OM SYSTEM team.

 

About Emilie

Emilie Talpin is an OM SYSTEM Ambassador based in New Hampshire who is passionate about birding, macro, wildlife, night sky, and videography.  She was featured in two B&H photography series for bird photography, one in the winter and one on the Coast of New England.  She has a growing YouTube channel, where she publishes videos every Sunday to help other photographers.   She also loves traveling, exploring the outdoors, and chasing her next photo.
