Few places are as bright and exciting as New York City. The “Big Apple” is a metropolitan giant that offers a huge palette of people, culture, architecture, history, and interest for photographers of every level. For this springtime adventure, we will explore particular icons of NYC such as DUMBO Park, the Brooklyn Bridge, the 9/11 Memorial and Oculus Train Station, Grand Central Station, and Coney Island. Each day, we will work on aspects of street photography, architectural photography, documentary photography, subject development, exposure, image composition, color, black and white photography, low-light photography, and long exposures. Not only will we help you improve your photography skills, but you will also photograph some of the most iconic scenes in New York City.
We will maximize our time in the field but, also leave time to relax and have group discussions at our hotel. Once on location, we will travel to and from locations by walking, subway, and local transportation.
