The Headshot Doctor®, Vail Fucci, will demonstrate a range of popular lighting setups for headshot and portrait sessions, discussing the pros and cons of each. The class will cover everything from simple single light setups all the way to sublime multi-light configurations. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to be on the other side of the lens as a subject and go home with their headshot taken by Vail.
About Vail:
Vail Fucci, also known as the Headshot Doctor®, is a Newton-based headshot and event photographer. Helping her subjects see themselves in a whole new light, both literally and figuratively, is Vail‘s super power. She regularly shoots for Boston Magazine and was featured on Chronicle’s photography episode on ABC5. Vail‘s work has also been featured in national publications such as Forbes, the New York Times, Vogue, and Profile Magazine. Vail loves to teach and mentor photographers through her online education group, talks for Westcott and Evoto, private lessons, and her YouTube channel.
