Class size:
Limited to 10 attendees per time slot
What to Bring:
  • Bring your camera with a memory card.
  • For lenses, you are welcome to bring your own, but Tamron will also have lenses available for you to use. (Note: If you are using a Nikon Z or Canon R mirrorless camera, make sure to bring your adapter in order to use Tamron lenses!)
    Recommended Prerequisites:
    Basic Knowledge of your Camera

    Please note: There are three time options- 9:30am, 10:15am, and 11am. Please make sure to register for the correct time! Each session will last about 45 minutes

Professor Bugman, known for bringing entomology to life through engaging, educational experiences, will provide real bugs and expert insights, making it an unforgettable opportunity for photographers of all levels. Don’t miss this chance to explore the world of insects up close, test cutting-edge Tamron lenses, and ignite your passion for macro photography!

    A Tamron representative will be on-hand providing free loaner lenses with incredible close-up capabilities in a variety of focal lengths.
    Participants should bring a camera with a fully charged battery, memory card, any lens in the 18-400mm range (or borrow a Tamron lens!). Group sizes for this workshop will be limited to allow everyone an opportunity to capture images of the various bugs on display.
