Workshop Description

Hunt’s Photo Adventure leaders Bob Fletcher and Jeff Swinger invite you to a unique Photo Adventure to New Orleans & the Louisiana Bayou. The trip will have a variety of subjects, from street photography and architecture to wildlife and swampy landscapes!

During the first two days, we will explore the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, the Garden District, and the Gothic above-ground cemetery that you have seen so often on television and in movies. We will photograph architecture and street performers, ride on an historic streetcar, and enjoy the warm ambiance of New Orleans.

For the remaining days, prepare yourself for an adventure through the swamps and bayous of Louisiana! You will embark on your journey in a custom-built vessel with a covered roof to keep you dry and cool. Tours are narrated by Capt. Billy Gaston–born and raised in the Bayou. (Toilet facilities are available on board the boat with special attention given to seniors and the physically challenged.)

Don’t miss this great trip!
