Join Hunt’s Photo Educator Emily Hojnowski and guest photographer Emilie Talpin photographing BUGS in the field! On this workshop, attendees will be hand held, photographing close-up (macro) with an emphasis on bugs as we work our way along a gardened street in Lincoln, NH.
Attendees should have a camera and macro lens, but would also benefit from having a flash/speedlight for this workshop, as well as a flash diffuser. If you don’t have a flash or diffuser, we sell them at Hunt’s Photo and some are available to rent. Feel free to reach out to us at classes@huntsphoto.com if you have questions. Emilie also has a great video on how to make your own diffuser here.
Join us for this fun, workshop!
About Emilie
Emilie Talpin is an OM SYSTEM ambassador who grew up in Chalon sur Sa?ne, France, the birthplace of Nic?phore Ni?pce and the first photograph. Despite this background, she got into photography late and, in 2018, joined a local camera club where she met a group of talented photographers and was inspired to dive deeper into the art of capturing moments in time. She attributes part of her success as a photographer to switching from heavy and cumbersome gear to a camera system that is lighter and more versatile. She bought the OMD Em1 Mark II, a wildlife and a macro lens, and has never looked back. She is particularly interested in macro photography, especially in the art of capturing water drop refraction.
