- Make sure to dress accordingly with the most current weather report.
- Consider bringing wide angle or standard zoom lenses.
- You can bring a telephoto zoom lens, but be advised to bring only what you want to carry.
- Make sure to bring your tripod with a quick release plate and a shutter release, if you have one.
- Feel free to bring snacks and water.
- Bring an extra camera battery and memory cards.
- As always, bring your enthusiasm and creative thoughts!
As always, if you are sick or feeling unwell, STAY HOME! We will gladly give you a credit towards a future walk.
Refund Policy – Classes / Walks / Workshops
For classes, walks, & workshops, cancellations and postponement can be made up to 48-hours prior to the scheduled time. Refunds cannot be granted for cancellations placed less than 72-hours/3-days before a class or walk, but you can receive a 75% credit toward a future class, walk, or workshop.
For all cancellations, you must contact classes@huntsphoto.com prior to the event. If you register for a class and do not show up, your payment will be forfeited..
Join Hunt’s Photo Education for a night walk along the Charles River, Memorial Drive, and to the picturesque BU Footbridge. During the walk, we will discuss shooting in lower light with an emphasis on night photography. This will include assistance with exposure, composition, focusing, use of tripods, and a myriad of other settings and concepts! Photographers of all levels are welcome!
Boston and Cambridge are vibrant, colorful cities after dark. Despite the limitations of darkness there is still great detail and color to be captured through your lenses. Our walk will take us along the Charles River to the BU Footbridge. We will then photograph both the BU footbridge from the land, and also the Charles River from the footbridge, utilizing the evening light, civil twilight, and night time light.
