At 2pm, she will also lead an outdoor experience (see below) where attendees can see the camera in action. Registration is encouraged!

Seminar at 12pm- Your Signature Look: Straight-Out-of-Camera JPGs

In this hands-on class, we’ll explore how to get beautiful, ready-to-share JPGs straight out of camera. You will discover how to use the art filters, built-in color profiles, monochrome of the OM SYSTEM PEN and OM-3, as well as a few computational features. You’ll learn how to customize your camera and create your profiles to match your personal taste—from color and contrast to mood and overall feel—so your camera can do more of the creative work for you. By the end, you’ll have a look you love and a personalized setup ready for our photo walk.

Photo Experience at 2pm- See the Street Your Way

Experiment with new signature looks straight out of the camera into the real world. On this guided street photography walk, we’ll explore how to find interesting light, color, moments, and compositions in the everyday environment around us. You’ll have the chance to put your straight-out-of-camera JPG settings to work while experimenting with your own visual style using art filters, color and monochrome profiles as well as a few computational features.

Whether you’re drawn to candid moments, bold colors, simplicity, tiny details, this walk is about slowing down, looking differently, and finding photographs in the ordinary. Bring your camera, your curiosity, and the style you created in the first session—and let’s see what you discover.
