Featuring:
A Primer on Aviation Photography
Skill Level:
Special Guest Photographer @Skiesnbeyond (Luke S.)

We see planes passing across the sky every day– taking off, circling for a landing, giving off contrails far in the distance. They can seem to be majestic birds in the sky, each with their own unique colors, markings, and qualities. For this reason, plane spotting–or aviation photography–has taken off in recent years.
Join Special Guest Aviation Photographer Skiesnbeyond (Luke S.) as he brings you in the world of plane spotting. He will take you through the basics, the gear, the locations, and more. To be covered:
? What is plane spotting?
? Where can I plane spot?
??What kind of gear can you use and what gear should you use?
? Settings to use
? What you can do with your plane spotting hobby
? Dos and Don’ts of plane spotting
About Skiesnbeyond (Luke S.): An Aviation Photographer based in New England, Luke (@Skiesnbeyond) has been photographing aircraft for 4 years. The passion stemmed from his love of aviation at an early age when his parents took him to Australia. On that trip he was invited into the cockpit of a Boeing 747 and after looking out over the cockpit display, he fell in love.
Ever since then he has carried his passion for aviation and coupled it with his love for photography and chose to capture what he loved the most in the best possible way. In still images that he could share with his friends, followers, and other aviation lovers.
Luke has had the privilege of working with airlines such as Spirit, Play Jetmidwest, and his local airport, Manchester-Boston Regional in New Hampshire. He has received many awards for his aerial work on Jetphotos.com for his creativity and use of lighting.
His true goal is to help others fall in love with the hobby that has helped him in more ways than one can count.
