Hunt’s Photo Education proudly presents our second Wedding Photography Workshop! The centerpiece of this workshop will be a full-day, hands-on, stylized/mock wedding shoot at the beautiful Olio industrial wedding venue in Peabody, MA. Photographers will be led by Hunt’s Photo Educator Rebecca Cee, a local wedding photographer who has photographed well over 100 weddings, along with wedding photographer Tessa Klingensmith. Rebecca and Tessa have a combined experience of over ten years photographing weddings. About our venue, Olio

Olio is a wonderfully unique space. It has an industrial feel, with concrete walls and massive ceilings, but it retains the warm, wooden charm of an early-20th century vaudeville theater from which the space originates. (From their website:) “This historic space has been outfitted with every modern amenity to be the ideal space to host functions of all kinds.  We provide a non-traditional venue so that our clients have a blank slate to start from and can make the space their own. Without any décor, the soaring ceilings and cement walls feel “industrial chic” but clients can transform the space with glitz and glam, rustic touches, romantic lighting, modern lines, whimsical details, and vintage furniture.  If you can dream it, it can be done at Olio.”

Olio can be a dream to photograph in, but it can also pose challenges from a lighting perspective. Our workshop will, in part, aim to demonstrate how to effectively photograph in this space!
