COVID-19 Policies for outdoor Hunt’s Photo Walks and Workshops
Face masks are not required for our outdoor Photo Walks. We ask that you maintain social distance whenever possible.
As always, if you are sick or feeling unwell, STAY HOME! We will gladly give you a credit towards a future walk.

Important Notes:
If you are attending this walk, we will send out more specific instructions to you a few days prior to the walk. Please note: Some slight details above can be subject to change. This email will detail any of those minor changes.

Join Hunt’s Photo Education for a unique walk in the North End of Boston– one where all the attendees use only film cameras!
Film Photography isn’t the juggernaut that it used to be, but neither is it the lumbering dinosaur some make it out to be. Film still gives a unique look quite different from digital photography (ahem…grain!) and challenges the photographer to think a bit more about exposure, focus, composition, and more. This walk is an excellent opportunity to work on all of these concepts. Even when we’re not shooting digital, we can plan out our shots without the instant gratification and review.
A few notes about our Film Photo Walks
? Attendees should have a working film camera that they can use for the walk as well as any film they would like to use.
? Please make sure you have a working battery in the camera.
? If you are unsure whether your camera is fully functional, we strongly recommend you contact us at classes@huntsphoto.com and schedule a time that we can check it out!
? It is also strongly recommended that you either load the film in advance or have an understanding of how to load the film. Again, if you’re unsure, contact us at classes@huntsphoto.com.
? Our instructors know film cameras! But we don’t always know EVERY camera immediately, so as we state above, please plan accordingly if you’re unsure.
? And if you do not have a film camera, Hunt’s Photo stocks a great deal of used film cameras!
