Featuring:
A morning photo walk around a beautiful historic property where we will cover techniques for creativity, looking for unique subjects, and identifying compositions for good photographs.

Class size:
Minimum 4, maximum 8 attendees
What to Bring:
  • Make sure to dress accordingly for the current weather report.
  • Bring the lens you feel most comfortable with, preferably not too far into the zoom or wide-angle areas (Ex. Not wider than 24mm and not more zoom than 300mm).
  • Tripods will not be necessary, there will be plenty of light, but are welcome.
  • Consider extra memory cards and batteries.
  • Bring your own refreshments or snacks.
  • As always, bring your best attitude and creativity!
Recommended Prerequisites:
Any experience with your camera will be helpful! This is less about technique and more about developing your eye for photography.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy – Classes / Walks / Workshops

For classes, walks, & workshops, cancellations and postponement can be made up to 48-hours prior to the scheduled time. Refunds cannot be granted for cancellations placed less than 72-hours/3-days before a class or walk, but you can receive a 75% credit toward a future class, walk, or workshop.

For all cancellations, you must contact classes@huntsphoto.com prior to the event. If you register for a class and do not show up, your payment will be forfeited.

Recording Content Policies

All instruction and information taught at Hunt’s Photo Education is the property of Hunt’s Photo and/or the instructor(s) involved. Class material, including handouts, PDFs, online and video content, cannot be shared in a public environment, including with camera clubs, or posted online to streaming services, such as YouTube, without express written consent. We also ask that our classes are not audio or video recorded without consent, including but not limited to the use of smart glasses, body cameras, smart phones, computers, tablets, or smart watches. If consent is given, this information cannot be posted online or distributed without express written consent.

Get Creative with your Photography!  This photo walk series will focus on developing you and your vision as a photographer! Join Hunt’s Photo Educator Charlie Siwinski for a Photo Walk at Gore Place in Waltham where we will dive into looking for creative compositions, developing style, and learning to find good photos in your surroundings. Gore Place is a beautiful location that boasts gardens, architecture, and some farm land. Whether you are a wide-angle landscape photographer or a long-zoom birder, this class will help you explore how to find the right shot!
