Join Hunt’s Photo Education as we discuss all the key elements of loading and developing film, and get you to develop a roll on your own! In this workshop, we will show you how to load film into a developing tank, discuss the elements of the chemistry involved, and other various aspects. Because of the many variables, we will only be using one specific type of developer, but we will discuss the possibilities of other developers available and their advantages.

Please note: This class caters to black & white film developing only! We will also have a color film developing class. All film classes can be found here.

We will provide tanks, reels, chemistry, and basically anything that you need to develop your film. All you will need to have is a roll of film to develop. (Make sure that roll is black and white and NOT C-41 black and white, as that cannot be developed in black and white chemistry!)

We will also include a free scan of your film after it has been processed! Since your film will be wet at the end of the session, you will leave it to dry so it can be scanned. The digital scans will be sent directly to your email address. If you would like the negatives to be shipped to another store for pickup, we can gladly do that!
