What to Bring:
  • Make sure to dress accordingly with the most current weather report.
  • Wear good walking shoes!
  • Bring a versatile zoom lens or a prime lens you feel comfortable with; longer lenses are difficult to use for street photography! Try to bring a wide angle or normal lens.
  • Tripods will not be necessary and might slow you down.
  • Feel free to bring snacks or water.
  • Bring extra camera batteries and SD cards.
  • As always, bring your creativity and a positive attitude!
Recommended Prerequisites:
Any experience with your camera will be helpful!

Refund / Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy – Classes / Walks / Workshops

For classes, walks, & workshops, cancellations and postponement can be made up to 48-hours prior to the scheduled time. Refunds cannot be granted for cancellations placed less than 72-hours/3-days before a class or walk, but you can receive a 75% credit toward a future class, walk, or workshop.

For all cancellations, you must contact classes@huntsphoto.com prior to the event. If you register for a class and do not show up, your payment will be forfeited..

Boston Common: the perfect place to capture the beautiful people of Boston! Hunt’s Photo Education invites you to come photograph the people, animals, scenes, and action of Boston Common! On this walk, you’ll learn best practices for street photography, what to look for, how to prepare for the perfect shot, and capturing the decisive moment! We will help you break that barrier so you can photograph with more comfort and confidence.
